The motto of Shanaz Wines when it comes to ordering and delivery is simple:  today ordered before 15:30 = the day after tomorrow at home.

But of course, there are exceptions to this rule. This rule only applies on working days from Monday to Thursday. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 3:30 PM, it will be offered on Tuesday.

You can follow the package via the track & trace code that you receive from us. This is possible via the PostNL website..

If you place your order on a working day before 3:30 pm, we apply the short rule: today ordered before 3:30 pm = delivered the day after tomorrow.

This means that your order will be sent by PostNL at the end of the working day on which the order is placed. Via the Track & Trace code that you receive by mail, you can continue to follow the package and see at what time it will be offered on the next working day at the address you specified.

You will of course receive an invoice for your order

Have you lost the invoice, or did you not receive it? You can of course request this (again) from our help desk by mail, via info@shanazwines.com

We request that you state your order number or payment reference in the e-mail in order to send it to you as soon as possible. As a response to your mail, you will immediately receive your invoice.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The only option to pay is with iDeal (For now).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order.
